MEET YOUR TRAINER: JOSHUA B.

Joshua has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and is currently an RYT-500. He has advanced education including creative sequencing for beginners to advanced practitioners and holds an interest for the details as well as transitions. Joshua has a deep understanding of anatomy, strength, and conditioning and can assist in building and customizing plans to refine or further your practice.
