BoxFit Personal Training at the Bloomington-Normal YMCA is a high-energy, full-body training experience designed to push your limits and transform your fitness. Whether you're looking to boost endurance, build strength, or relieve stress, this boxing-inspired workout delivers results!

In each 45-minute one-on-one session, you’ll work with a skilled trainer to develop:

  • Boxing fundamentals – Master technique, footwork, and defense
  •  Cardio & conditioning – Improve endurance with high-intensity movements
  • Strength & power – Train using mitt work and punch shield execution
  • Stress relief – Release tension and build confidence through boxing
