Come by the Y for Diapers & Dumbbells, a fitness program for new moms with kiddos ages 3 months to 2 years to help build back their strength after giving birth! Bond with your baby while you build up your strength and endurance through squats, lifts, and more!

Program meets Mondays from 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Sessions last 6 weeks.
Session 1: May 5 - June 9
Session 2: July 7 - August 11
