Jumpstart your mornings or round out your evenings with a fun and intense workout this summer with MAY-hem 30! This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program is designed to ignite your energy, rev up your metabolism, and build strength and endurance—all in just 30 minutes!

Join us on the Wellness Floor from 6 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays from May 6th - May 29th for a time-efficient, high-energy workout that will improve your strength, cardiovascular endurance and energy levels!

Cost:

$85 for Members | $150 for Nonmembers
