REAL STRENGTH, REAL EFFORT, & REAL FUN

The Human Power Project is all about real strength, real effort, and real fun. This spring and summer, the YMCA is taking training outside with tire flips, sled drags, loaded carries, battle ropes, and other classic conditioning.

 

This high-energy group experience is designed to push your limits while building strength, endurance, and confidence. Train in the sun and fresh air alongside a supportive community that’s focused on personal growth, fun, and discovering just how powerful the human body can be. No machines — just movement, grit, and you.

 

Available Sessions:

2nd Session: June 9th- July 2nd
3rd Session: July 14th- August 6th

 

Registration opens March 1st, 2026.

 

Additional Program Details

Tuesdays & Thursdays

6:00am - 6:45am

5:15pm - 6:00pm

 

Weather related makeup day on Saturdays 11:-11:45a with a week gap between sessions to provide a emergency weather makeup week.

Cost

YMCA Members:

$100/person or $85/person if you sign up with a partner

 

Nonmembers:

$180/person or $150/person if you sign up with a partner
