How long can I reserve the YMCA for my party?
All bundle reservations start at 2 hours. Please contact Dani if additional time is needed. Additional charges may apply.
What is the pay and/or cancellation policy?
All parties must be reserved and paid at least 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellations must be done at least 2 weeks in advance in order to receive a full refund.
Is there a maximum capacity?
All reserved spaces are limited to a maximum of 25 kids.
Will lifeguards monitor my party?
Yes! However, all swimmers must pass a YMCA swim test or wear a life jacket.
All swim parties must follow the rules of the pool and adhere to the lifeguard's direction.
Is outside food and beverages allowed?
Yes! However, all alcoholic beverages are prohibited; any beverages brought from outside must be non-alcoholic.
Does the Y provide party favors?
Goody bags and paper products can be added on for an additional fee.
What is the damage policy?
Renters will be responsible for any fees that arise from damages done to the party room, pool, or Sports Center that is caused by the renter's party attendants.

Looking for something new and exciting for your next night out with friends, a fun group event for your next corporate team-building exercise, or maybe just something fun to do with the people you care about? Whatever the reason, the YMCA is accepting rental requests for Group Fitness classes! Rent Studio A, Studio B, or the cycle studio and we'll have one of our instructors lead you and your crew in your favorite Group Exercise format -- whether that be putting the pedal to the metal with a cycle class, dancing the night away with Group Groove, or something more focused on relaxation and mindfulness like yoga!

Note: Rentals may only cover 30-60 minutes of time, depending on class format. All formats are limited to 25 participants maximum (except for any Cycle format, which is limited to 20 participants maximum).
NOTE: These rentals are only available for organized basketball teams and affiliated groups. All groups will be asked to provide credentials and proof of legitimacy at time of booking.
