In support of our mission, we offer a financial support program for families and individuals experiencing financial hardship and/or extenuating circumstances so they may have the opportunity to participate in membership and programs at the Y.

An application can be downloaded by clicking below or obtained at our facility at 202 St. Joseph Dr., Bloomington, IL 61701.

NOTE: Only completed applications with supporting documentation will be accepted by the Member Experience Team. The reviewing process can take up to 5-10 business days, depending on the volume of applications received by the YMCA. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.
