“Tom has well over a decade of experience in the world of facility management, and we’re grateful that he accepted our offer to join the team,” said Patrick Mainieri, COO of the Bloomington-Normal YMCA. “We hope that he feels welcomed back to our community with open arms, and we can’t wait to see the impact his expertise will have on our facility.”

In his role as Senior Director of Facilities Management, Crouch will be working to maintain a comfortable status quo for members of the Y community, keeping the ambiance and functionality of our facility as a top priority.
