Melissa joined the YMCA team in March 2022 as a part-time front desk staff member and has since demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to creating a welcoming environment for members. Throughout her time with the organization, she has served as Member Experience Coordinator and most recently as Director of Membership Engagement, where she played an important role in strengthening member connections and enhancing the overall YMCA member experience.
In her new role as Senior Director of Membership Experience, Melissa will continue to lead initiatives focused on member engagement, retention, and service excellence while helping ensure every individual who walks through the YMCA doors feels welcomed and supported.
