Volunteer coaches are responsible for leading one one-hour practice each week and coaching their team during one hour of games each Saturday throughout the season. Practices and games may be held at off-site locations as assigned by the YMCA. Coaches are expected to communicate effectively and professionally with parents, participants, and YMCA staff. Any concerns, incidents, or situations that arise during the season must be reported to YMCA staff as soon as possible.
