The Child Watch room is for kiddos aged 3 months - 3 years, and the Kid Adventure room is for kiddos aged 4 years - 9 years.
Child Watch/Kid Adventure is included in YMCA household memberships.
- We do not allow food or drink in the Child Watch/Kid Adventure area other than water in closeable bottles.
- Kiddos in Kid Adventure are required to wear socks, as tennis shoes are not allowed in the Kid Adventure room.
PNC Play and Learn Center Pick-up Policy
In order to ensure the highest level of safety for the children in our care and to create the highest quality experience for both youth and their guardians, the PNC Play and Learn Center (Child Watch/Kid Adventure) requires parents to list authorized adults who are allowed to pick up their children from Child Watch/Kid Adventure on their Daxko account. Please note that active adult members on the same account as the child will automatically be authorized for pickup from the PNC Play and Learn Center without any action required from the account holder. If an adult attempts to pick up a child from the PNC Play and Learn Center who is 1) not on the same account as the child and 2) is not listed as an authorized pickup, the YMCA will contact the primary account holder to ensure that the unlisted adult is authorized to pick up the child.
If a YMCA member wishes to designate an adult to be authorized to pick up their child from the PNC Play and Learn Center, this can be done in any of the three following ways:
- Visit the Front Desk and ask a Membership Experience team member to add an authorized pick-up to your Daxko account.
- Go online to your Daxko account by clicking here and logging in, then navigating to "Authorized Pickups" under the "Membership" tab.
- Call the YMCA at 309.827.6233 and ask to add an authorized pick-up to your Daxko account.
Additionally, all adults will be required to present a valid Photo ID when picking up a child from the PNC Play and Learn Center.
