Take time to slow down, recharge, and reconnect in this calming meditation & breathwork workshop. Participants will learn simple breathing techniques, guided meditation practices, and mindfulness strategies designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and promote overall mental wellness! This workshop creates a relaxing environment where individuals can step away from the daily pressures and develop tools to help manage anxiety, improve emotional balance, and increase self awareness.

 

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR: AMY H.

My name is Amy Haney, and my deepest passion is helping others heal and reconnect through yoga, breathwork, meditation, energy work and sacred ancestral medicines. My own healing journey began in 2009, shortly after the birth of my third son when I was diagnosed with MS. At first, I felt betrayed by my body, facing fear, exhaustion and uncertainty. But instead of allowing the diagnosis to define me, I chose a new path.

 

Through lifestyle changes, mindfulness and movement I began to reconnect with my body in a new way -- one rooted in compassion, resillience and trust. As my healing journey deepened, I felt called to share these practices with others. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, earned Reiki Master and Karuna attunements and became a certified Kambo practicioner.

 

Today, I guide others through practices to calm their nervous sytem, increase body awareness, restore balance and support deeper healing and connection. My intention is to create a safe, compassionate space where people feel supported in mind, body and spirit.
