Looking for a more relaxed approach to your health journey? Join us for our Tai Chi for Beginners Workshop, an 8-week program in which participants work through learning the fundamentals of Yang Style 24, the most popular form of Tai Chi. Reap the benefits of enhanced balance and flexibility along with improved leg strength and strengthen the connection between your mind and your body; registration for our new session opens starting July 13th!

 

This program is for YMCA members only.

 

Program / Registration Details

Cost: FREE!

Program runs Mondays from 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. & Wednesdays from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Program begins July 27th and ends on September 19th

Registration opens on July 13th!
